FUNLAND has implemented procedures so that your two hour RIDEPASS experience is as safe as possible from the moment you check in until the moment you leave. YES, FUNLAND requires all customers 3 and over to wear a tight fitting cloth face covering over their mouth and nose at all times while in the park or playing games. If a customer refuses to wear a cloth face covering, they will be denied entry to the park. If already admitted guests will be asked to leave. If you feel as though you are unable to wear a mask we ask that you do not visit FUNLAND this year. The use of a face covering is not a substitute for physical distancing.
YES, this year FUNLAND is required to control the total number of customers in the park at any given time. We are excited to welcome guests using an online reservation system for park access. Guests can purchase a RIDE PASS for any of our time slots. EVERYONE WHO PLANS TO ENTER FUNLAND, INCLUDING NON-RIDERS MUST PURCHASE A RIDEPASS. FUNLAND will limit the number of guests allowed in the park at one time. You will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy as many rides as you can handle. A RIDE PASS grants you access to FUNLAND and is its rides during your reserved time slot.
Reserving a RIDEPASS grants you entry to FUNLAND and access to all of FUNLAND's open rides during your selected 2 hour time slot. All ride height restrictions described in our Rider Safety Guide are still applicable. Beverages will be available for an additional cost.
Anyone 2 years of age or older will be required to purchase a RIDEPASS to enter FUNLAND and access the rides. THIS INCLUDES ANY NON-RIDERS. Children under the age of 2 are free when accompanied by a paying adult.
FUNLAND has been working closely with the DE Dept. of Health, the SBA of Delaware and the State Fire Marshall to determine an appropriate capacity limit that allows for social distancing. Currently, FUNLAND will allow a very limited number of people per time slot, which is roughly 30% of our normal capacity. We have put numerous social distancing measures in place, including decals on the ground, limiting ride capacity, and limiting the number of players playing a game.
FUNLAND is asking you to hold on to your green ride tickets for a future summer. These are unprecedented times which means we cannot use high touch items like tickets. They will still be honored in future years because our family is committed to returning to an open access park which accepts green ride tickets as soon as possible.
FUNLAND has conducted a thorough review of each ride and has determined that all rides will open with the exception of the SimRider and the Jungle of Fun. These two attractions will remain CLOSED for the beginning of the 2021 season due to physical distancing concerns.
FUNLAND reserves the right to close any ride during a time slot for any reason.
Building upon FUNLAND's already high cleaning standards, we will introduce new cleaning enhancements that adhere to the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and the Delaware Dept. of Health. Frequent cleaning and sanitizing will occur in both guest and employee areas.
FUNLAND will make every effort to keep all of our outside rides open rain or shine. Heavy rain and lightning require closure of the outside rides for safety reasons. During these times all of the inside rides will be available to our customers. As soon as it is deemed safe to reopen the outside rides, FUNLAND will do so. FUNLAND will not issue any refunds due to bad weather.
FUNLAND reserves the right to close any ride at any time regardless of weather conditions.
Once you have booked your RIDEPASS, FUNLAND will not be able to issue any refunds. You may, however, move or alter your reservation at any time up until your time slot begins. We request that any changes to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours before your time slot. To make changes to your reservation use the link provided in your confirmation email.
Please monitor the weather for the day you have booked a RIDEPASS. If you are worried about possible weather related ride closures, please consider rescheduling your RIDEPASS for another day.
FUNLAND will not issue any refunds for ride closures due to bad weather.
You can enter and exit FUNLAND as many times as you need to during your RIDEPASS time slot. Please note that you will need to show the gate attendant your wristband each time you re-enter. No one will be allowed inside the ticketed area without the appropriate wristband.
