Funland enjoys entertaining families in our park. Foul language and unruly behavior will not be tolerated. Running, spitting, or throwing of objects is not permitted. Clothing or body art which Funland determines contains vulgar graphics or profanity is not permitted. No solicitation or unapproved distribution of literature is permitted on park property. Funland is on private property, and we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave if they are non-compliant with park, ride, and or game rules.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor or smoke are not allowed inside the park. We hope to help preserve the safety and health of our guests. Your cooperation is appreciated.
At Funland we are happy to not charge an admission fee, therefore by law, every rider must have a ticket(s) to willingly participate on an attraction. Upon purchasing and/or use of tickets at Funland, you are agreeing to comply with the Rider Responsibility Guidelines.
At Funland tickets never expire, therefore we do not offer refunds.
Loose articles are not permitted on most rides and should be left with a non-rider or placed in the cubbies provided. Funland employees cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. In the event an article is lost during the course of a ride, a Funland employee will recover the item. If the item cannot be easily retrieved, when the ride is properly shut down and safely secured at the end of the operating day, Funland will make every effort to retrieve and return lost articles. Under no circumstances are guests permitted to retrieve lost items.
Any items that are retrieved will be kept at Lost and Found for 30 days before being donated. Lost and Found is in the Funland office located at the back of kiddie row behind the Jungle of Fun. If you have found a lost item, please take the item to the Funland Store located near the Boats ride. Funland is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. Inquiries about lost items should be directed to (302)227-1921.
For the safety of guests and pets alike, pets are not permitted within Funland, and please do not leave pets in your car. Service animals are allowed inside Funland, preferably with visible identifying credentials. A service animal is defined as a dog or miniature horses that has been individually trained to perform tasks for a person with disabilities. Service animals must be controlled at all times while on our property. Due to the nature of most rides, service animals must remain with a non-riding member of your party. We are not permitted to take control of your service animal.
As a courtesy, Funland allows access, for some rides, through exit gates for guests whose disability prevents them from waiting in a conventional queue. Guests will receive an access ticket and will be allowed to enter through the access ticket entrance. This accommodation is designed to provide access, not to bypass lines. Only guests meeting the accessibility requirement and up to 2 riding companions will be allowed access to this entrance. The access ticket holder MUST RIDE in order for accompanying guests to enter through exit gate. All height and medical restrictions still apply. It is permissible to ride an attraction two consecutive times before disembarking. Standard ticket prices still apply and the access ticket is only valid for one day.
Funland has a food cart with an assortment of foods and beverages available, including bottled water. Contact the Park if you desire more specific information not available on this web page. We also have a full list of ingredients and allergens available at the food cart. For those guests with dietary restrictions, outside food and beverages are permitted.
